1) Not charging, not detecting power adaptor, (burnt electronic smell on the charge port)
Replaced D14 on FX150 CPU and fixed the problem.
2) Found that there were dirty with contaminations on the end-face of the pigtail connector of OTDR port.
Cleaning did not resolve the damage. The contaminated end-face caused high reflection in OTDR measurements.
Replacing the OTDR port pigtail connector with new one fixed the problem.
3) Firmware updated
4) Unit passed the production test.
